Kyü Music Video

Spent the past week working on costumes and props for the music video for the Kyü track - 'Trains.'

Kyü is an experimental pop outfit from Sydney. The duo is Freya Berkhout and Alyx Dennison. Their music has been described as sounding like a tea party with Beethoven, Bowie, Björk and a Banshee. However you describe it, their music is completely awesome and I had a great time making the costumes and helping out on set.

The 'Trains' project was a low budget labour of love directed and produced by sisters Danielle and Alex Zorbas and shot over a 14 hour stretch in a living room in Surry Hills. Here are some stills from the shoot!  

 

FBi Mural - On the Road

Early this year a good friend of mine, Julian Henderson, and I painted a mural for local Sydney radio station FBi. The theme of the mural was ‘On the Road’. Check out our write up on the FBi Flogsite!
